This Week's Motto:
I'm trying to re-incorporate more yoga into my life and find a healthy balance of self-care and self-improvement. I can definitely come down too hard on myself in terms of what I try to do "for myself" everyday (listen to news podcasts, a self-help book, journal, use a meditation app, do yoga, practice buddhism, etc.) and it's just unrealistic for me right now. I really want to work on flowing (more on "flow" from Jess Lively if you're interested) to find what feels good for me right now. I also really liked this article on the pitfalls of self-improvement that came out last week.
