These workouts are perfect to do before or after 30 minutes of cardio!
I recently bought this stair-stepper on Amazon and I love it. I've wanted some kind of cardio equipment at home, but space is pretty limited. This little machine is super light-weight and compact, I just put it in a corner in my office when I'm done with it.
Several times a week, I queue up and episode of Real Housewives (my favorite show to workout to) and exercise on that machine for thirty minutes. When I'm done, I like to do a quick arm routine, ab workout, or stretch. These workouts are the ones I keep in rotation!
