Tuesday is always the day of the week on which I'm most grateful I've done meal planning and prepping. Does anyone else get a strong urge for takeout on Tuesdays? I can't be alone in this. Below is what what I planned and did over the weekend to make it easier to eat at home!

Easy snacks and lunches for this week are bananas, apples, cheddar cheese sticks, Triscuits, roasted almonds, and eggs on English muffins with tomato and arugula (and cheese!).
