Lately, it seems like very book or article I read about environmental concerns, mindful eating, and general humanity, touts the importance of eating less meat. While I don't think I'll ever be a full-blown vegetarian, I have made an effort to eat less meat in the past few months. If you'd like a full post on some of the changes I've made, let me know! In the mean time, here are some things I've made lately!
I want to start off this week's goals by saying I feel like a jerk when I post personal photos or frivolous thoughts on social media after a national, or international, crisis. The truth is, between what seems like an impending nuclear or civil war, these goals of mine mean absolutely nothing. However, in times of crisis, I think we need to balance normalcy and crisis intervention.
