I'm introducing another new series on the ol' blog. I'm not saying I'll never do my "intentions and to-dos" lists anymore, but when I do, they'll be different. My therapist recently told me that we try to take on too much at once, then get sad that we fail. It's so simple, but so true. She encouraged me to try doing one thing for five days, instead of trying to do a bunch of goals in a week.
And with that, I thought up the "5 day challenge series." Here, I'll let you know what I'm trying to do everyday for the next five days. If you want to join me, I think that would be awesome! I think it would be great for us to focus on healthy habits for self-care and self-love as we head into the holiday season.
So, to start off the series we are going to do a goal that I've set and failed at COUNTLESS times: A smoothie a day. It's that simple!
